Term and Conditions:

- Tickets once booked cannot be refunded or exchanged or canceled.
- Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
- No handbags , backpacks and other baggage allowed inside the arena. There is NO storage counters available at the event.
- The event is subject to government permissions. In case the permissions are not granted and the event is canceled, a full refund shall be immediately issued.
- A physical ticket/entry band will be provided at the venue box office on the day of the event in exchange for your e-ticket purchase confirmation from bookmyshow.com.
- Please carry a valid photo id for verification of the ticket holder.
- A ticket shall not be a valid ticket if the hologram or barcode has been damaged.
- No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, in case of any rescheduling.
- There will be no Duplicate tickets issued for lost or stolen tickets.
- Each ticket admits one person only.
- This is a wrist-band access arena. In case wristbands are taken off, a replacement wristband will not be issued.
- Wristbands tampered or removed with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced.
