Ingredients
Maida
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 2 cups
Milk 1 cup
Milk powder 1 cup
Cocoa powder 4 tsp
Finely chopped cashew 2 tsp
Almonds, pista, raisins put together 1/2 cup
serves: 4 peoples
Method:
Place kadai on the heat.
add all ingredients i.e., Maida, sugar, milk,
milk powder, cocoa powder and ghee and mix well together.
Keep stirring continuously for around 20 to 22 minutes when the mixture starts leaving the sides.
it will turns into thick mould by 20 minutes time and you start getting a good aroma.
Now add the chopped nuts and mix well.
Remove from heat and pour on a greased plate get it to set.
after 15 min cut into desires shapes.
