Dyal Singh College was established in 1959 and taken over by the University of Delhi in 1978. The co-educational College has come up as a sought- after option among all the off –campus Colleges offering courses in all academic. There is a Metro station nearby

Dyal Singh College: Facilities
The library houses over 80,000 books. It also has well- equipped science labs, a seminar room, various departmental societies, arts & culture society and a spacious canteen. A lab with 80 computers is being set up with a high-speed intranet/internet facility. A lift for the differently able, a basketball court, a large playground and other games facilities are also available. A new science block is under construction
