Millennium Indraprastha Park is a perfect place to relax with family and friends. The lush green sprawling park, one of the longest parks in Delhi, is spread over 34 hectares. Colorful flowers, rows of trees, sitting arrangements such as benches, stools and chairs, and some cottages with thatched roofs attract every visitor. The Millenium Park features a beautifully manicured garden planted with beds of colourful flowers.
 
 
The bushes around the garden are seen clipped and trimmed to fantastic shapes. There is a stunning water pool with cascades and fountain that are fringed with soft light to ensure that it does not harm the plants surrounding it. It was constructed in 2004 by the Delhi Development authority with the purpose to provide a green space for Delhiites to relax and enjoy a great time with families and friends during their weekends. Development Authority placed five restaurants in this park within single food court which offers to all visitors.
The Millenium Park  uses the assistance of the Sahitaya kala Parishad to organize various cultural events within the huge amphitheatre constructed within the park. Visitors find all facilities over here like installed drinking water, toilets at every entrance of the Park.Parking facilities is also available here with very reasonable parking fee. Visitors will get a clear view of the Humayun's Tomb from the park.

Timing: The Park remains open till 8.30pm.

How to Reach:
Tourists and visitors can approach the park via Ring Road from Ashram to ITO. The park commences just after you arrive at at the noisy junction of Sarai Kale Khan in ISBT and Nizamuddin bridge that is situated just after the junction of National Highway-24 and the Ring Road.
