The Eliminator match of the IPL 2013 match will be played between Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad today, Wednesday, May 22 at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi. The second play-off will be played between Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad on May 22. One who loses this match will be out of the competition and the winner will play Qualifier 2 against the loser of the Qualifier 1.
Sunrisers Hyderabad:
Hyderabad team have a very good chance and can easily knock out Rajasthan if they can get a few early wickets. Amit Mishra and Dale Steyn are expected to fire with the ball and opening batsmen Parthiv Patel and Shikhar Dhawan will look after the batting line. However, the Sunrisers will enter the game with enthusiasm.
Rajasthan Royals:
The spot-fixing dispute that started last week has marred the tournament and the most hit are the Royals, with all three suspected players belonging to Rajasthan camp. After the scandal broke on May 16, the Royals lost their last league game of the season, coincidentally against the Sunrisers, by 23 runs and Rahul Dravid team is again meeting Sunrisers in Delhi for the eliminator match.
